Alset EHome International builds affordable designer homes that have integrated smart technologies. The company completed its initial public offering in November 2020 at $7 per share and has been on a roller coaster ride ever since thanks in large part to its tiny 6.8 million-share float — the smallest of any stocks on this list. The smaller a stock’s float, the easier it is for a relatively small amount of trading volume to move its share price significantly, creating the potential for extreme volatility.
