Its an MOU, which is typically non binding and not an agreement.

Only a goof ball CEO would issue a PR for something like this.

Why doesnt the incompetent CEO reach a binding agreement of consequence and THEN issue a PR?

Because the CEO is zeroed in on hype and BS...

Thats why this MOU evolved into the CEO making another of his infamous forecasts of $10m revs next 12 mos on EOR alone

However, it at least held some content that could be cause for a tad bit more optimism than their usual. Too bad the CEO added the $10M, which negated the PRs impact.. same old hype job from the CEO
