I have seen some of your messages on here and wanted to say Hello, I believe the company is in a far better state with the new deal and the money we have given them. Take revenues on the new Co and you end up with the market cap of the current company coming in as revenue then take the cash provided and you work out what price this should be, I am here with my group for the longer term and this to be a platform to go on and make daybreak into a 10,000+ bopd business. How ?Via mergers/acquisitions and all this can be done using paper and not to forget drilling on newly acquired assets which the company has the cash for look at what daybreak was a year ago debt burdened, look at what it is now, and imagine what it can be in a year I expect oil prices to get close to 200$ I also expect daybreak to be a major beneficiary of the current run up in price and future price increases with good growth within the business.
Please do not take anything as above as advice these are my thoughts only and please do your own research also please take into account your own individual circumstances before investing. DYOR
