You do realize Lannett is on the verge of bankruptcy, don't you?

They lost 316 MILLION DOLLARS in just the past 12 months.

Let me repeat that, THEY LOST 316 MILLION DOLLARS IN JUST THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

And they have 622 MILLION DOLLARS of debt that is DROWNING them.

And if you think they can sell off assets to stay afloat, guess what, they have MORE total liabilities than they have total ASSETS...........to the tune of 159 MILLION DOLLARS MORE.

Bankruptcy is coming.........and Nasrat knows it..........which is why he's looking for another partner.
