It looks like Taieb took a plea deal. The judge said he will review and do a pre-sentence investigation and render a verdict.

It looks like they are only charging him with 1 felony count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud. It looks like they are not charging him with securities fraud or wire fraud which was in the complaint. Will have to wait to see what his actual sentence ends up being.
