I am not a experienced investor, but could someone tell me who hires the so called "Market Maker" that sets the bid/ask price?
I think one reason the stock isn't moving is the wide bid/ask spread which closed today at .30/.35 I think. That means if you buy at .35 and turn around and try to sell, you've lost 15% immediately at .30 bid.
I think this is one reason so few trades occur.
Another reason is that I've seen no real press from Shelby lately that should get trades going. They can do PR about their new Motor Cycle, but where's the hype about the Mustangs?
I attended the Corp. Annual stockholders meeting in Dec. and asked these questions, but received no satisfactory answers.
With what's going on at Shelby, the stock should start moving, but what will it take?
Any opinions here?
