I wish I knew more of the suspension process. Everything seems to be a mystery and done in a shroud of secrecy. I would love to know, among other things:
1. What triggers the SEC to look into a possible suspension?
2. How much time, energy and money is spent on DD on the SEC's part before suspension is mandated?
3. What and how much "evidence"(?) do they have to have before they suspend?
