Don't forget that Auctus has about 1.6M shares looming to sell once they can break even (upper $5) or profit. They're not allowed to convert more than what would put them over 5% of the O/S at any time, but I expect they'll sell into any sort of good news that gets them profit.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
