Because it’s a Chinese translation of acquiring the plant/assets.

Had they acquired equity, they would have acquired it from you. You’d know about it, and it would be announced as required by law. That’s why.

The Change of Control thing is a joke. It’s a third party agreement. They probably have hundreds of these. If there was an actual change of control, you’d know.
