Problem for CVM

From the STAT article

I asked Talor about this problem on Monday, and he said the company has developed an algorithm that lets doctors determine risk status of patients.

“Has the algorithm been independently validated?” I asked

Talor.“No,” he admitted.

“Don’t you think the FDA will ask you to study and validate the algorithm before they accept it?” I asked.

“Yes, probably,” Talor said.

How will CVM Validate this?
