I agree with you. It will be a tough call and he may vote no. At $1.25 it is a legitimate offer and he should have to face shareholders. I am actually hoping there may be multiple interested parties and when that happens you don't know where the end price may land.

The doc has 10M shares and not many years left. Setting up his grandkids for life may be of interest of his. $10-$15M may be enough.

It's all an educated guess but fun to forecast as we are very, very close.
