I'd rephrase the question and ask why the stock isn't already over $1 ?

What with the deal getting bigger and bigger. Would think longs would want everyone else to have to "pay up" to play in the ECSL sandbox when the news hits.

Pretty much should be a foregone conclusion the deal closes here and now so buying should be warranted.

Personally looking for a ton of information to be provided to the market by ECSL over the next 2 weeks. Multiple parts .... too much information for just 1 release.

Let's hear about the acquisition and the details. Then let's hear about the rest piece by piece giving each component its just do.
