We are all thinking why can’t they secure finance and offtake for a world class shovel ready project during the greatest lithium boom in human history?
This is my two cents:
imagine you are a cashed up car producer such as Tesla or BYD. Would you entrust $600 million US dollars with jerks like Andrew Philip who can't finish half a sentence without stuttering and Cristobel & David Hannon & Richard Crooks et al who are on holidays 365.24 days a year? Not a chance in hell. Especially these people demand majority control over the company. IMO the only way for the value of the Maricunga to be realized is through a friendly take over. Which will not happen because LPI is the tool for this management to maintain their lifestyle.

I think our next email to management is:
You guys are clearly incompetent to run this company.
What's your plan?
Are you going bring some experience onto the board or are you going to let this company be taken over?
Shareholders have given you enough time to perform and you guys have failed your job to deliver a suitable return to your shareholders.
This project cannot be dicking around forever, what is your plan?
Let's stick together and send them the same email and push them for an action.
