Your explanation of the prefunded warrants is the same as what was explained to me by an Aegis capital broker. I said it looked like they got a free share and he said no they paid for them and the company got the cash. And he said it's done that way to legally buy more shares.

I still have no idea how the price got pushed so low and how so many shares traded. And he would not venture a guess on that. I mean the price was much higher before when on the OTC.
