Eliot, your artistry with words and your stress reducing humor has been a much appreciated highlight, and redeeming feature of visiting this board, for an entire year now, along our shared road to long-term hold, lower capital gains taxes on GOFF.

To the person who said "George has done no such thing," in response to my previous post restating that Mr. Sharp has already revealed to us the identity of the NFT company incoming to GOFF: stomping one's feet in the playground, and barking "No sir! No, it isn't!" is no longer an acceptable form of debate, in adulthood. Fortunately. Your response did zero to rebut my carefully reasoned argument on why the GOFF merger has been revealed already.

So here it is again, to save newbies the trouble of looking it up:

Ultra name-sensitive George Sharp purposefully chose to rename GOFF "Worldwide NFT Inc" because "Worldwide" is the signature and proprietary keyword in "the Worldwide Asset eXchange." George chose "Worldwide NFT inc." so as to meet FINRA''s rules requirement that in renaming his GOFF custodianship, as a step in the specific corporate action of executing a reverse merger of an NFT company into the GOFF shell, the re-name choice "must match" the name of the incoming merger asset, or FINRA will say NO .

There have been no legitimate rebuttals made to this reasoning.

Credit to Buck Joffre of the Wealth Formula Podcast for reminding me of this GOFF-WAX applicable quote of Yogi Berra:

"It’s tough to make predictions, especially about the future.”

Joffre added, "Yogi was a wise man. No wonder they named a cartoon character after him. The problem is that everything we do in finance ultimately relies on some kind of belief of how the future will play out.

As a result, we often search for prophets who can help us make a profit."

If I may be considered a "prophet" at some point, it will be only IF and after I'm proven right about GOFF, i understand that. But for me the only prophet I could rely on at first in starting with near nothing ($16,400 in my 14 year newspaper journalist IRA) to make some life changing retirement money was ME. So.I decided to apply some skills to the penny stock market I had lots of experience with but not the "happy ending" kind 15 years earlier.

And now my social media posts have really become mostly about passing time, as I wait and witness George Sharp and William Quigley go about the arduous and finely detailed task of executing a reverse merger into a public shell that is about to blow the lid off the OTC market. And no doubt also shock many "stubborn old mule, plain vanilla ice cream, Delaware C corp. model only, Dark Overlord" venture capitalists/ centralized finance middle men in the process.

It's also nice to see my GOFF shares climb northward in price steadily however slowly at the same time.

So check this timeline out when William Quigley stopped referring to his Worldwide Asset eXchange as a Cayman Islands company and virtually "relocated" WAX to Miami:

Prior to the Nimoy press release, all WAX news had the locator "Cayman Islands." Ever since this TOPPS  news release Quigley has ID'd WAX as a Miami-based company.

It was about that same time, the spring of 2021, just prior to George pursuing his three custodianship tickers, including GOFF, that he tweeted about having partners in the blockchain field that wanted to collaborate on reverse mergers. In June 2021, maybe even a year ago TODAY? he gained control of GOFF.

Another thing about Quigley, he and his WAX cofounder Jonathan Yantis also partnered with one other individual, Megan Kaspar, to form Magnetic Capital.

Magnetic Capital is a private venture capital company with just those three principals, whose mission statement involves helping crypto startups to go public. I propose to you here that George Sharp knows he needs to look no farther than Magnetic and Quigley to locate at least two more quality Crypto/ blockchain related businesses for his other two custodianships that he has waiting in the wings.

Quigley Yantis and Kaspar a few years ago solidified their Magnetic Capital psrtnership with an SEC filing

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1824199/000182419920000001/xslFormDX01/primary_doc.xml

which I presume gives them equal ownership of the firm. Megan is a very appealing face for a potential "wearable NFTs" fashion line product that she has been touting, and that Quigley has also mentioned in interviews as one new developmental use of NFTs.

If you take away nothing else from this post, remember to go check out Buck Joffre's Wealth Formula Podcasts. They go back years and Joffre actually interviewed Malcolm CasSelle, the original CIO of WAX, who died not long after the interview suddenly at 50.

Joffre didn't ask CasSelle about his experience doing reverse merger of PCCW into a public shell in the 1990s understandably, as time the interview time was short and Joffre probably didnt know that about CasSelle's business history and they were more excited to be talking about how WAX Opskins generated $.

Anyway before I conclude my once only daily post, a posthumous Happy Birthday to my late  dad, GeOFF (yes, dad's name was only one letter off from GOFF -- was it a "sign" from above?!).
Dad would've been 95 today but he died from complications from Parkinson's in 2016.
My dad immigrated from Ireland to the U.S. in the 1950s and became a citizen serving in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany. He met my Irish immigrant mom here in 1959 they bought a 3 decker home in the Jamaica Plain section of Boston renting out the top and bottom floors,  had four kids, while dad toiled in a large scale baking corporation for 40 years and he made one key investment in his life.
In the early 1970s, after not one but two triple-decker apartment buildings on my block burned down literally around us ( smoking in bed the cause in both, we were told) and a THIRD triple decker was condemned due to a lack of upkeep, tenant abuse and squalor, the property behind my childhood home residence was razed and left vacant and fenced in and taken possession of by the city of Boston for failure to pay taxes.
Within a year or two after the lot had become an eyesore overgrown with high weeds, the city held a closed bid auction for the property. . Mid 70s it went under the radar, no internet, it was small print in back of the Boston Herald Traveler.
My dad put in a bid for $1,103 and it was the winning bid. Fast forward, 40 years and hundreds of offers later, my dads' Jamaica Plain "estate," including the lot and my childhood triple decker residence which Dad and Ma (she died in '06 from Lou Gehrigs disease) kept in great condition, sold for well over $1M.
Pretty good return. But my parents never did get to enjoy it. I'm hoping my dad's ability to spot a once in a lifetime opportunity is hereditary.

I know that's a long post, but I thought Eliot would enjoy it.
And Eliot I hope you didn't try to read it all in one breath again this time!
To borrow another thoroughbred racing besides heredity and bred for victory:

Enjoy the run GOFFers!

Up we GO!!
