HPNN - massive dilution once again - beware
Investors percent-ownership in HPNN is tanking before their very eyes.
Market cap was already much (95% or more) too high. HPNN is flat broke.

And apparently the serial fraudster Petey is planning to hide this fact from investors. Isn't that something he should be including in his corporate newsletter. He said there would be no corporate communication but in the newsletter, so he can post insider (material non-public) information to the select few that subscribe. I get the newsletter, but Petey still has not disclosed the latest dilution and corporate restructuring (not good) currently being done.

Guessing the reverse split is not only on the radar again, but will be happening sooner than most think.
