Roman and I had a chat on seeking alpha back in February. In it I warned him that advertising the stock prior to the IPO could doom the stock because Yongbaichao could decide to reverse course and list on the Shanghai stock exchange instead.

They already invested time, energhy, and resources to the OTC. I don't expect them to change course. When the bid to reach Nasdaq fails, they'll probably try to go to a different exchange like Shanghai. Like TOGL. But after all the top brass cashed out here. All of their hands are tied right not to my understanding. This OTC gives them tremendous credibility in their country. That's what it's about, and the price is the carrot. And, yes, I'm sure they don't want the carrot to inflate at ths time. That would be counter-productive at thist ime for their agendas I think.

Defiitely after they fail to reach Nasdaq, they'll continue on to another exchange to rinse and repeat. Or, maybe they'll suprise is all in reach Nasdaq. There is really no downside to the insiders whether they make it or not. So shoot for the sky. That's how I see it.

As you can see he clearly understands my point that pushing information about Yongbaichao before they have completed the merge could negatively affect the company.

Then in his recent posts he pretends to be unaware of this.

Also from that chat, here is a screenshot of one of his replies where he states that he agrees with my point. He then goes on to say that he thinks its just the four of us on the IH forum, which would lead one to conclude, that his antics to get other people to sell at ridiculous prices were specifically directed at the three of us, and unless he has already sold his shares, then it's reasonable to assume that his goal is get us to sell so that he can buy.
