I agree. I believe CEO provided much of the funds needed for the company to survive. I know hes heavily invested as their largest shareholder/investor. Thats probably why its been so slow moving. Eventually even he has to run out of cash at some point. Glad hes working on or already has put in place actual traditional banking. Also, seeking institutional investment was way overdue and should now provide them with the funds they need to actually grow this thing. I assume he was waiting on income, assets and filings to get funding.
