Money on hand question is already answered via quarterly reports, so not sure what you're looking for beyond that. A PR saying offering closed would be a big confidence boost, but obviously offering would have to close first.

Out of remaining questions, the only one MK can perhaps answer now is short term outlook, but all he can say now is he expects to submit detailed test plan to FDA by date X. Anything beyond that, and he'd just be pulling guesses out of his rear.

For timeline with test plan: The earliest he could answer is when he hears back from FDA after submission of detailed test plan. And if there's more than one iteration, who knows how long it could take? Ditto regarding timeline with FDA.
