Basically this was a huge scam.
Charlie basically lied during the merger process.
They had no bitcoin mining and needed $300 million to get started.
The reverse split will be the death sentence for this scam.
OTC always drop at least 50% post split.
If I could only short this shit stock I would.
But I warned everyone here months ago.
Hope some.softened.
