Novavax Inc (NVAX)

I thought the overall report was good. Bought the dip and we'll see how that turns out.

The efficacy data was good. However, the side effect data was troubling, especially the myocarditis data which was worse than reported for the mRNA vaccines. I do think NVAX could get FDA approval so kept 1/3 of my shares. I am hoping FDA approval comes. My longer term concern is that NVAX had been touting its vaccine as being safer than mRNA vaccines but they may not be able to do that anymore. They will still be selling vaccine world wide and sales will go up if the FDA approves. My concern is that the other nearer term price driver is the NVAX combination flu/Covid vaccine and that could be affected too.
