This filling is HUGE confirmation of this merger and PPS explosion…they could’ve converted in August but are worried that they will only get a sliver of shares then compared to not (pre-merger) due to the PPS rise. They want 15 million shares NOW before the merger. This will be settled quickly and out of court IMO.
