As suggested here before, a civil lawsuit could be filed against Mexus and maybe PT personally, with all the shenanigans that have gone on over the years. Illegal promotions, selective disclosure, violating SEC rules, misleading PRs, and so on.....if I had sunk a couple hundred thousand bucks into Mexus (or especially $1.5 million like a certain dupe is rumored to have donated to PT), I'd be talking to an attorney.

Next toxic note is convertible as of Monday. And the Annual is coming up at the end of the month. Should be interesting to see how many new notes got issued, and for what amounts. Always had wondered why the AS was so high (5 billion)....almost makes you think that someone (Koehnke?) was planning ahead for the inevitable trip zeros, when each note will require a couple hundred million shares to be converted.
