the only bad news that can come is that they have defaulted on loans or have not gotten what they expected, either way they will have the funds one way or another to execute the plan, with or without nexim,ups,exim, etc.etc.etc., although i do beleive ups and nexim and exim are a done deal and if not so be it, the company will always have the available capital, will steve burg be jetting back and forth to nigeria, ofcourse not, he is for now the ir person how can an ir contact effectively communicate and be the main liason between xkem and the shareholders if he's in nigeria, he can have 300 2 way passports , he is not needed in nigeria and will not be back there again for a long time
