Just from following stuff other people are saying on here.. Igen needs a decent 15 day stock price average to sell into. The s1 being withdrawn and resubmitted should take a week or so. Several pieces of good news including the form 7 are probably needed to make this happen...I suspect that the s1 shouldn't delay the good news as it should be executed before 15 days are up. Thus if we have a couple of pieces ready to be made public. The time is now.
