I did see that. And I understand that AABB now has a structure where voting power is basically more so in the hands of the BOD than the retail investor. To me, the influx of money was not for operations, but to get voting control. To me that's negative to the shareholder. So I wasn't sure if your post was to show that they are controlling the voting, or if there was a shareholder value in the way they were structuring. I don't see the latter to be the case given no true Financial transparency
