The note is something they can easily close but they added 25m shares just yesterday. Even closing the note would also require share retirement after. With the current float we can still hit $5 etc only if we are as popular as coin with the same user base and a prominent backer. Anything above that would be quite insane looking at the market cap and competition out there.
