Different solutions for different problems. Most of these multiple shooting arent done by criminals. They're done by young adults who want to be on the news -- posthumously.

My approach to criminals is pretty simple. They tend to use stolen guns. You can electronically lock your car. You can electronically lock your phone.

Electronically lock fucking guns.
