I count just over 200k shares on the ask up through .01. The spread is wide, no sign of bag-holders. No one is even trying to sell in this area. Not even one big ask. If there are bag holders they sure are hiding themselves pretty well.

The reason there aren't bag holders in this level? Simple. Because since the Sleek pump five years ago the stock has hit low subs and multi-pennies multiple times, giving bag holders plenty of chances to exit in this area. Now at this point, the float is locked in this price range. People are holding for higher.

The company will put out more PRs and the price will go up because fundamentals are sound: 300M float, no convertible notes, zero dilution. It isn't rocket science. Nice risk/reward trade from these levels.
