Mr. D. Smyth (SEC) Called Me This Afternoon..

I had e-mailed Mr. Smyth yesterday and expressed my concerns in re the current situation with CKYS.

He called me on my cell phone at 1:40pm CST today. For what its worth, he is a very nice man.

Basically what he said was that "he could not give me any advice or information, he could and would email me the links to the SEC website and the web pages that contain the Suspension Announcement and Suspension Order documents and also the Fast Answers Section that deals with Trading Suspension".

In closing, however, he did tell me that "the SEC does not suspend trading of a stock unless they believe that there is a very good reason".
