Just to name a few listed. WOW!! Certainly sounds Good! Too Good To be true?? Sure seems so. You would think even if a third of the PRs that are listed on OTC news were true, this stock would be trading at a much higher level and the Financials would be a hell of a lot better! But lets examine the Company that put out these “Press Releases”  The Cervelle Group.

Dubious Connections. Many of the early press releases listed as the contact for My Vintage Baby the phone number of Cervelle Group, an "investor relations" firm now in Winter Haven, Fla. Internet research would have shown that the shares of a number of other companies promoted by Cervelle had risen and then crashed. Among them: Superior Oil & Gas and Itronics , a fertilizer firm. Cervelle, which often was paid in shares of the outfits being flogged, did not respond to requests for comment. It is not a defendant in any of the SEC's three My Vintage Baby cases.

So Now we have A BBB rating of F, many complaints of product ordered and never delivered. Warnings from the OTC and the SEC about this being a scam… now they are connected to a Pump and Dump PR group. RED FLAGS.

Time to take a look at the Secretary of States INTK is incorporated with.

Here we can see that they are Deliquent, Dissolved with no RA. They also changed their address to a VIRTUAL OFFICE IN FLORIDA. RED FLAG.

Now with the latest PR pretty much saying they are going to REVERSE SPLIT this garbage

I do believe there will be a massive Reverse Split, but doubt it is for a “broader range of shareholders” and “institutional investors” Its going to be for Dillution.
