I'll give you he is not a polished public speaker.
Some day probably have a smoother speaking spokesperson, but for now it's Rough Around The Edges Dave.
He reminds me of a gritty biker, not afraid to get dirty and get the job done.

Hiring seemingly great talent in leadership roles
Outstanding grab to get factory
I know the list goes on...
Plus he seems humble
I have owned and operated a company for the past
42 years... I think I would do business with him.
