ANIP selling their Oakville, Canada facility makes. They initially bought it to attract workers that were not willing to move to Baudette, which still has difficulty in filling some positions. Now with Novitium being less than 1.5 hours from New York City, attracting applicants for key positions should not be an issue. Canada is going through areal estate boom. ANIP should be able to make a nice profit on the $18 million it forked over for the Well Spring facility.

Quebec's new language law may have some Pharma looking at moving Canadian operations from the Greater Montreal Area to the Greater Toronto Area. If so all the better for ANIP.

The Oakville manufacturing plant is expected to cease operations by the first quarter of 2023

It also makes me wonder it ANIP is streamlining for a future buyout. AbbVie and Merck both face patent cliffs in January 2023.
