Question to the Anti-Mining Minister: Did you once in the last 3 months try to work this dispute out in favor of your predecessor Juan Carlos Jobet by explaining in simple rational logic and personally assuring to the plaintiffs that no LCE export license can be implemented on Camar/Coyo lands without the miner (BYD or Errázuriz) further obtaining an EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) approval from the SEA which would have been more than enough protection for the indian tribal lands/junkyards/whorehouses?
