Why didn't Pillsworth inform the CCTL investors about his malfeasance concerning the CE?

Why hasn't Pillsworth been transparent and told investors what he was required to do to remove instead of going completely silent?

"Pillsworth knows exactly what needed to be done to remove the CE."

Then he should inform shareholders what needs to be done to remove the CE.

Why didn't Pillsworth provide an explanation as to why he only Mined $6200 in Crypto for the 2022 Q1? The best part are the few that ignore the facts that Pillsworth has failed.
