Mullen Automotive Inc (MULN)

The way I see this company and stock from a simplicity stand point is that even if they really do have good technology with this solid-state battery, by the time they raise enough capital through constant dilution and bad debt offerings to expand operations and build their first vehicle, a company like Tesla, Lucent, and Rivian will have caught up to them and are way better positioned to mass produce vehicles. There is a reason this company has a market cap in the millions and the other companies mentioned above have market cap in the billions. They have the resources and funding to easily surpass Mullen's technology.

This company is a pump and dump in my opinion. You strictly trade this stock.
