...obviously peeps don't understand what it means to deal with FINRA on this stuff. They are the worst...



I am sure you are right. However, after three failures I am a bit surprised that HERB IR has not checked and re-checked and ensured and secured and confirmed (....!) the process with FINRA, to make sure they the have provided all necessary information, to avoid a fourth screw up. Or is it really that simple that FINRA make themselves just impossible to deal with...?
