Interesting take. I took a quick look at the chart over the past year and see that's it's gone on parabolic runs at least 3 times (or 4, depending on how much of a run you're talking about) without merger news. https://schrts.co/RIjJtZVF

IGEX looks like it's hit a bottom in the .002's, selling seems to have really slowed down and accumulation is up. I've been a buyer in this range.
