Apologies I misread your question. The S8 filing clear clears the way for the registrants to sell their shares and in advance of pending news or events. Given everything they've communicated on future plans and outlay from the investors conference, I would assume that the disclosure or disclosures are near. IMO either the licensing and development/integration partnership with?? Or Via one RM.
