I think everybody forgets about the predatory lenders who are currently exercising their cashless warrants,( 15,800,000 warrants for up to 196,000,000 common shares) the lower the stock price the more shares they receive for each warrant. Last night's selloff was some retail, and a few shorts, but I believe the majority was the toxic lenders selling to get the price as low as possible to maximize the amount of common share they receive. Just an example, they exercise 100 warrants at $1.00 and receive 1000 common shares, sell those 1000 shares into the market and then short 1000 shares dropping the price, the stock price goes from a 1.00 to 0.90, and now they exercise another 100 warrants, but this time they receive 1300 common shares because the stock price is 0.90 and then rinse and repeat until all the cashless warrants are exercised.
