Not to worry.

GMPW had the CE put on them in 2011.

But they took no action to remove the CE until 2021.

They filed audited financials for 2020 and 2021, SEC reporting, thus needing 2 years of filings.

That's how they became Pink Current Information.

I am sure they are working the CE removal process with the OTCM, as the cost of those audited financials are not cheap.
