My opinion here ...

No trades today so far. Could we be halted?

No. Volume is low everywhere ... especially a stock coming up on CE for almost a year in an ugly market.

If the CE were to come off at what time of day would that information be broadcast?

I mean ... Most CE tickers I see typically is just for filings ... and I have noticed a lot of them have updated at midnight. But I am not sure if that is a hard rule or if it could come off pre-market or AH.

Should Michael Feldenkrais , our CEO , be communicating with his shareholders or is going dark a ominous sign of the future outcome for CATV?

My opinion is Yes even if just to say ... we are waiting for an answer. He has not said anything since filing for CE removal but he was responsive before.

It is not going dark ... you dont eliminate a bunch of toxic debt, spend money on opening a restaurant and repairing a roof and other renovations ... sitting on 600M shares ... and file an active lawsuit for 1.6 or 16M or whatever it is for no reason. Those signs speak louder than words right now.

Did the greenhouse roof get repaired?

Yes. Last I heard was from Chris Viera that they were doing some tests and would be planting or what not soon. We will have to see.

The last part I have not heard much on the Bistro except for the pictures and stuff from when it opened and seemed to have good reviews and was in a good area but would like to hear more as well.
