Talked to Jim (New CEO) - tried to grill him about all the "when,what,where,who" but he didn't say much.

He did mention though that within the next 2 weeks we should be getting an update from the company. I'm sure it will clear a few things up as well as possibly give us a sense about this little investment of ours.
