I dont think I was putting forth an opinion in that post. I was quoting the article Rogue posted.

"You support every policy used to gradually reduce the rights of individuals and then claim to be against a growing govt."

Not sure where you got that impression. I think some parts of the government need to grow with the population, but I think others can be totally done away with. Like the Dept of Education, the Dept of Energy, and the Dept of Commerce.
