At current conversion rate of .000375 max, the OS would balloon to 1.3B shares to pay off all the debt. Plus they won't make any money off this JV in the PR. When have they ever mad any money off of any of their JVs or acquisitions?

It's all pump to convert shares!

We all choose to invest our money. Whether we win or lose is solely due to the person in the mirror and his/her ability to do DD. Finger pointing and a lack of personal responsibility are simply sad traits that the weak-minded possess.
