I did not discus that with them (referencing your comment below) as I did not notice the GOFF/Sharp difference.

Did your antiquated attorneys explain why the case isn't "Calasse vs GOFF" instead of "Calasse vs Sharp?"

Whether it be "Calasse vs GOFF" -OR- "Calasse vs Sharp"... To the best of my knowledge, you cant hardly start an new case (and/or appeal) at a supreme court level without that same case being heard elsewhere first in a lower court.

In other words, if what you are suggesting is that this is an entirely different issue ("Calasse vs GOFF" instead of "Calasse vs Sharp"), it is not. If it was considered a completely different issue non related to GOFF then it would have initiated in/on/at a lower judicial court level....Not a supreme court level.

...Which now that you mention it Tyrus, I respect your time and your efforts and I hope that your WAX theory is correct ... BUT... when ever I see or hear someone repeat themselves multiple times, over and over in an (even slightly) fearful/defensive fashion, I have to ask them.....

I am a solid trader.... I am in this to make money and I am forthright while doing it.

I am long on GOFF, and I have cash to buy at the right PPS.
I will continue to play it as such.
