Incredible. NP gets booted, likely to appease the SEC and DOJ. He was the single largest hyped of the stock making forward looking statements constantly (three digit share price). He did all the YouTubes hyping the trial results and stock -- that ended up get an FDA Letter. He hired and directed all the "investor relations" stock pumpers that were the regular shost-writers of stock pumping articles (insiderfinancial,com, medicalnewsone.com, microcapdaily.com), and were constantly defending and hyping LL, the company, NP and the stock. That alone fits with the SEC vs. Galena case where the CEO did exactly what NP was doing regularly.

NP also was clearly committing insider trading hyping the "complete" BLA while he was selling 85% of his stock options. It was flagrant. So NP is by far the biggest target of the company's SEC and DOJ issues. He is highly likely to do a perp walk. We'll see. But SEC won't be giving up after all this investigation time and effort. DOJ is less certain as they require a higher bar for a criminal convictions.
