disclosure of assets


This seems to be the problem, right? I think you received an email from Huirong Zhang (in September or October?) where he expressed that the disclosure of assets is a sensitive matter to the Gansu government. And because of that, they are trying to circumvent the disclosure of assets. And that is why we end up disappointed every time so far.
