NEWS for the board: I just got off the phone with the CEO. He said quarterly report coming out soon some time in the next few days. Apologized for the delay said lots of things are under discussion. Also asked why he had not updated the Nevada website or if he was going to move domicile to Delaware. He said that is all being discussed and a formal press release will be coming soon enough announcing the company etc etc etc...I hope that helps you all. Certainly makes me feel better
