Good question - based on history - this is in the legal proceedings section of 10Q -

The Federal Circuit held an oral argument on October 1, 2019. On February 7, 2020, the Federal Circuit issued its decisions on Apple’s appeals. The Federal Circuit affirmed the PTO’s findings in one of the ongoing IPRs. In the other ongoing IPR, the Federal Circuitpartly affirmed the PTO’s findings, but also partly vacated the PTO’s findings, and remanded the case back to the PTOfor further proceedings. On remand of the ongoing IPR, on October 28, 2020, the PTO found that claims 6-9 of the Company’sU.S. Patent No. 6,363,345 are invalid.

Based on that - could be 10 months or longer!
